Giesser Butchers Knives
Giesser knives are manufactured from first-grade chromoly steel to offer excellent cutting-edge retention. This is further improved on as the knives undergo vacuum heat treatment, one of the most advanced hardening technologies in the world to achieve a Rockwell hardness rating of 56 HRC. The knives will then all receive a manual finish to ensure the edge is razor sharp.
The knives feature a thermoplastic elastomer handle which offers excellent anti-slip properties and remains comfortable in the hand to reduce fatigue.
