The construction is from high quality stainless steel to Kolbe's excellent high standard of manufacturing & reliability.

The large feed pan / tray of the Kolbe SW100 meat mincer is made without dirt traps and with rounded corners to enable fast and easy cleaning as well as keeping a high level of hygiene.

It is supplied with a powerful 4HP motor producing 950kg/h at optimal conditions. 
The stainless steel head is easily removable from the meat mincer in a matter of seconds due to the quick release tightening handles located on either side.
