Our PCS-150 (15CM) burger press quickly prepares hamburgers protected by cellophane.

Perfect for a butchers shop, deli or home use.

This commercial quality burger press machine is made totally in anodized aluminium & the parts in contact with the meat are in stainless steel.

The pressure on the lever is enough to compress the meat and when it goes back the press opens automatically and laterally and pushes upward the hamburger to make the extraction easier.
