Salvador mincer blade is made from high quality hardened stainless steel with a curved edge (Pic 1)

Torrey mincer blade is manufactured from tool-steel & has built up cutting arms which enables the mincer blade to last for a longer period of time & is ideal for heavy duty production. (Pic 2)

Salvador long life plates are made from stainless steel & Torrey long life plates are made from tool-steel.
They can only be used on one side with the hub pointing away from the meat mincer.
These mincer plates can be re-ground a couple of times to flatten the mincing surface and allow the mincer plate to be re-used.

Salvador plate thickness - 7 mm (excluding the hub)
Torrey plate thickness - 14.5 mm
