The Torrey plates are heavy duty with a thickness of 23mm.

Mincer blades are manufactured from tool-steel & has built up cutting arms which enables the mincer blade to last for a longer period of time & is ideal for heavy duty production.

Mincer plates are double sided which allows the plate to be used on both sides.

Ideal for heavy duty production.

These mincer plates can be re-ground a couple of times to flatten the mincing surface and allow the mincer plate to be re-used.
